Six essential commitments kuat4d makes and requires of every player
You must be at least 21 years of age to open an account and place bets on kuat4d. Age verification is mandatory. Any account found to belong to a minor will be closed immediately and funds forfeited in accordance with applicable regulations.
Each player is permitted one account only. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will result in suspension. All accounts must be registered with accurate personal information that matches the identity document submitted during KYC verification.
All transactions are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR/Rp). Deposits via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, and approved e-wallets are credited within minutes. Withdrawals are subject to identity verification and standard processing times. No fees are charged by kuat4d on standard transactions.
All bonuses and promotional credits are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted. kuat4d will clearly communicate the applicable turnover requirement at the time each bonus is offered. Bonus abuse, including multi-accounting or collusion, results in forfeiture.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. kuat4d will never ask for your password via any communication channel. Any unauthorized access must be reported immediately. kuat4d reserves the right to suspend accounts displaying suspicious activity.

2.3.1 By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you are of sound mind, are not acting under duress, and have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
2.3.2 You confirm that you are not registered as a self-excluded player on any national or international responsible gaming register, and that you are not an employee, director, or close family member of an employee or director of kuat4d or any of its affiliated entities.
3.1.1 To access the betting and gaming services offered by kuat4d, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete personal information as requested, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile telephone number.
3.1.2 You must not register using a false identity, a fictitious name, or another person's personal information. Providing false registration details constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.
3.2.1 Each individual is permitted to hold only one active account on the Platform. Operating multiple accounts — whether in your own name or under aliases — is strictly prohibited. Where multiple accounts are identified as belonging to the same individual, kuat4d will consolidate or close them and may withhold any balances pending investigation.
3.3.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party or permit any other person to access or use your Account.
3.3.2 kuat4d will never request your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. If you receive such a request, treat it as a phishing attempt and contact our support team immediately.
3.3.3 You agree to notify kuat4d immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account. kuat4d will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access caused by your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
4.1 kuat4d operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) process consistent with its obligations to prevent fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling. All account holders must complete KYC verification before withdrawals are permitted and may be required to do so prior to certain other actions on the Platform.
4.2 To complete KYC verification, you will be required to submit clear copies of the following documents:

4.4 KYC verification is typically completed within 24 hours of document submission during standard business hours (WIB). During peak periods, verification may take up to 72 hours.
5.1.1 All deposits must be made using payment methods registered and approved in your Account. Accepted deposit methods include bank transfers via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, and Bank Permata, as well as approved Indonesian e-wallets including OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.
5.1.2 Deposits must originate from an account or e-wallet held in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Any deposit identified as originating from a third party will be reversed and may trigger an account review.
5.1.3 Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed on the deposit page and may be updated from time to time. kuat4d does not charge fees on standard deposits; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply its own transaction charges, for which kuat4d accepts no responsibility.
5.1.4 Deposits are credited to your Account Balance within minutes of confirmed receipt. In the event of a technical delay, contact our support team with your transaction reference number. All amounts are denominated and credited in Indonesian Rupiah (Rp).
5.2.1 Withdrawal requests may only be submitted to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name and previously used for deposits on the Platform. kuat4d does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
5.2.2 All withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. Accounts that have not completed KYC verification will not have withdrawals processed until verification is complete.

Currency Note: All balances, deposits, and withdrawals on kuat4d are processed exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). There are no currency conversion fees on our end. Amounts quoted on the Platform use standard Indonesian numeric formatting (e.g., Rp 50.000, Rp 1.500.000).
6.1 kuat4d may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback awards, and other promotional incentives from time to time. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which will be clearly communicated at the time the offer is made. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific terms take precedence.
6.2 All bonuses are subject to a wagering (turnover) requirement unless explicitly stated otherwise. The applicable wagering multiple and any game contribution weightings will be stated in the promotion terms. Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds may not be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been met in full.
6.3 Bonuses are intended for personal, recreational use only. The following constitute bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may lead to account closure:

7.1 All bets and wagers placed on the Platform are final once confirmed. You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of your selections — including event, market, odds, and stake — before confirming any bet. kuat4d is not obligated to cancel or amend a confirmed bet due to player error.
7.2 kuat4d offers sports betting markets including but not limited to: international football (EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, UEFA Champions League, FIFA World Cup, Piala AFF), domestic BRI Liga 1 fixtures, badminton, basketball, MotoGP, and esports (Mobile Legends MPL, PUBG Mobile, Free Fire). The Platform also offers togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery), bandar bola (football bookmaking), mix parlay (accumulator betting), live casino, and slot games.
7.3 Odds are subject to change prior to a bet being confirmed. The odds displayed at the moment of confirmation are the odds that will apply to your bet. kuat4d uses dynamic pricing and odds may fluctuate based on market conditions.
7.4 In the event of a match or event being cancelled, postponed beyond 48 hours, or abandoned before a result is determined, bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned unless the specific market rules state otherwise.
7.5 kuat4d operates all casino games and togel products on certified Random Number Generation (RNG) systems. Results are independently audited for statistical fairness. Return to Player (RTP) percentages for slot titles are available upon request.
8.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform. Breach of any of these prohibitions constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities:

10.2 You consent to kuat4d using your personal data for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, customer support, and — where you have opted in — direct marketing communications.
11.1 The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. kuat4d makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
11.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, kuat4d shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
11.3 kuat4d's total aggregate liability to you for any cause of action, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.4 Nothing in these Terms limits kuat4d's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
12.1 kuat4d reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account, with or without prior notice, where:
12.2 Upon termination of an Account for reasons not attributable to a breach by the Account holder, any verified real-money Balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned via the Account holder's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
12.3 You may close your Account voluntarily at any time by contacting our support team. Any verified real-money Balance will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method following completion of all applicable checks. Closure does not affect any accrued rights or liabilities.
13.1 These Terms & Conditions and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international law as determined by the jurisdiction in which kuat4d is licensed and regulated.
13.2 kuat4d is licensed and regulated internationally. 14.2 Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request account closure.
